Contact
Start With a Call.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to establish whether we can help, what it would take and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is that you need somebody else — an attorney, an advocate, your insurer first — you will hear that instead, and it will not cost you anything.
If you think your device or email is being watched
Call from a different phone if you can, and tell us on that first call which channel is safe to reach you on. We will use only that one. Nothing we send names the service, and we will not follow up by email or text unless you have told us it is safe.
Please don't put these in an email
Passwords, account details, case material, network diagrams, patient or cardholder data. If the system you would be emailing from is the one that was compromised, use something else entirely. All of that belongs on the call, or on a channel we agree afterwards.
There is no contact form on this site
That is deliberate. A form means a database holding what people write into it, and the things our clients would write are exactly the things that should not sit in one. The phone is faster anyway.
